Welcome to our Contractor, Designer and Realtor Partnership Program
To qualify; contractors, designers and/or realtors must simply present a business card to register with Pacific West Floor Décor; and receive a unique Contractor, Designer or Realtor ID#. This ID# will enable you to receive REWARDS, Discount Pricing and/or other Promotions.
No Limits Referral Program – Simply give clients a referral card with your personal ID#. All sales will be tracked using this ID# by Pacific West Floor Décor with the condition that the card is presented by the client during initial consultation. In addition, your client will receive a chance to win a prize when the card is presented to a Pacific West Floor Décor representative.
- Rewards will be based upon each referral’s invoice amount (pre-tax) at a rate of 5%.
- Rewards will be available at the time of your client’s final invoice payment.
- No minimum or maximum purchase.
Preferred Pricing (Discount): Some Contractors and Designers may prefer to take advantage of our preferred pricing - having all materials and labour invoiced directly to themselves or their company. This allows you the contractor or designer to add your own commissions or fees as well as packaging different aspects of a project into one invoice for your client. If you the would rather deal directly with your client, Pacific West Floor Décor will give our preferred contract pricing discounts on materials and labour and provide invoicing directly to you. This pricing will vary from product to product as Pacific West Floor Décor does not have a standard % discount for contractors as some box stores but instead determines contract pricing item by item - at our lowest preferred rate. Note: Some clearance, sale or discount items may or may not be eligible for futher discount - always consult your sales representative for more info.

- We will register you and issue a unique id# allowing us to track your referrals and rewards as well as ensuring you receive preferred contract pricing.
- You will receive your personalized Client Referral Card pdf by email.
- If you wish to participate in the referral reward program with a client, simply print off a Client Referral Card including your ID#, fill in your client's name and have your client present it to a Pacific West Floor Decor representative.
- Pacific West Floor Decor will then notify you with any purchases made.
